In 2023, he joined the team as a part-time administrator and moved into a full-time role the following year. He enjoys being part of a supportive team and values the continuous learning and variety that comes with his work. In his role, he provides reliable support to advisers and the team, helping to streamline workloads and maintain smooth daily operations.

Away from work, Paulo prefers a simple, laid-back routine – spending time at home, catching up with friends, and unwinding with Korean and anime series. He also enjoys occasional trips to the beach, here he’s always loved watching the sunrise and sunset.
